If your partner cares at all about you, they will want you in good health to help celebrate your time you've been together. Quit starving yourself and eat properly by eating at least 1200 calories a day. Also put away the scale - weighing yourself before and after a meal is flat out stupid. If you put the food in your pockets and step on the scale of course you'll weigh more. The same way you'll weigh more if you put food in your stomach - you're weighing your body's weight and the weight of the food in your stomach. That food will be passed later and the weight of the food will be subtracted from the number you see on the scale. If you must weigh yourself, do so only once a day, first thing in the morning after using the bathroom.

I suggest finding a dietitian because if the first thing that comes to mind when trying to eat healthy and lose weight is top ramen noodles then you - sorry - need some serious help in learning how to eat properly.

you lost 11 pounds on a fast, if you would have ate healthy and exercised an hour a day it would have stayed off. but i would eat only vegetables and fruit for 10 days. drink half a gallon of water and the weight should melt off. try to do some cardio for 30 min+
