Answer #1:

This is a fairly good diet. If you exercise regularly on this diet, you'll certainly get thinner. It won't make you anorexic, and it certainly won't make you fat.

Answer #2:

you need to leave off the ramen noodles and cookies except every once in awhile. you also need to add some lean protein for dinner. you should add about 2-3 more servings of water, and make the cream cheese lowfat. hope this helps

Answer #3:

Whole milk is actually better for you. Skip the skim. If you are trying to lose weight at 14 you need to follow not so much of a strict diet as healthy choices. Breakfast should consist of egg whites, healthy cereal, oatmeal, toast. No bagels as they have TONS of carbs. Snack is great...stay away from the V8 though as it has loads of sodium (salt) content. Snacks are great veggies, fruits. Dinner you need to have a protein (chicken, Fish, steak) but make sure it is grilled not fried or loaded with salt and a vegetable. Pref Broccoli, (Green Veggies) loaded with fiber. Keep the carbs low at night...not a lot of potatoes, stuffing, breads, etc. Stay away from SUGARS, SALT, and bad carbs. Cookies at night are a bad idea as the sugar sits in your system while you sleep and turns into fat. Drink water or gatorade (60 Calories) . No sodas!
Good luck!
