If your family members has the history of heart disease or high cholesterol level, you should maintain your healthy diet like what you are adopting now such as fruit, drink water and eat more vegetable and also eat oat. However, that doesn't mean you shouldn't stop eating oily food coz as u r in teenage period, you body need balance nutrient include oil, yes oil to make sure u have an optimal growth.
