Answer #1:

You could make omelets. I know its breakfast food but they're always good no matter what time it is. Take the carrots onions and broccoli, chop them up and saute them in a pan with some butter and a little garlic power salt and pepper, prepare the eggs put some of the cheese in there and pour the veggies in. If you need specific instructions on how to make an omelet just google omelet and you will find a million directions.

Toast up some bread and have some breakfast for dinner!

If you don't like that Idea you could make french toast
Or maybe a tuna melt with cheese on toasted bread with pickles and mayo and a splash of vinegar.

Answer #2:

This is like a cooking challenge..lol
Cut the chicken into bite size chunks and saute with some onion. Prepare the stuffing mix as the box says, then layer the chicken and onion with the prepared stuffing in a baking dish. In a bowl, mix a can of cream of chicken soup with a little chicken broth to thin it, and pour about half of it over the top of the casserole ( stuffing is moist, so don't add too much soup or it will be mushy) Bake til heated through, and the top is bubbly at about 350.
Serve with a side dish of green beans.
It's nice of you to give your Mom a break. I'm sure she'll appreciate it. :)

Answer #5:

Ok you could make a pineapple turn over cake get the milk,2 eggs,a cup of water and a tablespoon of vanilla. You mix them up together in a bowl. When its mixed you grab a oven safe container and you put butter all over it. Once that's done you put the pineapples on the container then you put the mix on top then you put it in the oven. At 350 degrees for like 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Enjoy!
