dinner: bring a ton of water to a rolling boil. add salt. add pasta and cook until done. drain the pasta, don't rinse.
in that same pot, put some oil and saute garlic (crushed, pressed, minced, sliced, however you want it) for about a minute. do not brown. turn off the heat, add paprika, salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
dump the pasta back in the pot and stir. serve with parmesan cheese. steam some vegetables as a side.

cookies: melt a stick of butter. add 3/4 C of sugar, any kind. add an egg. stir in a rounded cup of flour, plus a bit of baking powder. then stir in anything you can find in the kitchen that looks good-- vanilla, candies, nuts, coconut, etc. drop on a cookie sheet, bake at 325 for 10 minutes or so.

Get a bowl, some milk 1 egg and flour.
Pour some flour just say 3 tablespoons and add the egg and a little bit of milk not much.
Stir and add more flour and some sugar (not to much)
Keep stirring till it looks ready not clumpy you know.
Heat up the oven or grill, get a baking tin and grease it with butter and pour in mix and cook for 10-13mins keep checking, on low heat. OR get a tray and grease lightly and pour mix onto and cook for 12mins. Trust me, I just made it and its yummy! :)

Quick Chicken and Biscuits

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts seasoned w/ salt and pepper
3 cans chicken broth
3 T. cornstarch (possibly four)
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegie, whatever you like (California blend, mixed peas and carrots, mixed vegies of all kinds; depends on your taste).
2 T. cooking sherry, white wine, reg. sherry, what-have-you
salt, pepper and poultry seasoning
1 tube pre-made refrig. biscuits

Preheat oven to temperature indicated on biscuit tube.

Bring broth to a boil; add chicken and simmer 15 minutes. Let chicken cool; cut into bite-sized cubes. Mix 1/2 c. broth w/cornstarch and re-add to rest of broth; stir until smooth; bring to the boil again. Add vegetables, chicken and sherry, season w/ salt and pepper. Cook til veg. are done on stovetop.

Put in an ovenproof deep casserole, top w/ biscuits (or can sub. frenchfried onion rings in the can), and bake until biscuits are done and casserole is bubbly.

This is as easy as I could make it for you, so you can get some comfort food quick!!
