I think you will I did a similar diet plan but I took the week ends off bc once I was a couple of weeks into my diet all I wanted to eat was greasy yummy food lol and I ended up breaking my diet and not losing weight. and since I was already eating healthy and smaller portions during the week I found out making healthier choices and eating less during the week ends, I have lost 40lbs so far and still need 35lbs to go. I am currently sick and will need to recover first before I can get back on a diet (food poisoning that was really bad) so yes you can lose the weight. I hope that by August I will be betterAnswer #3:
Zumba twice a day? wow. Almost unnecessary...The diet sounds... unsatisfying but effective. Watch the sodium intake with the Ramen though, those are loaded with salt. Same with dressing and peanut butter, but I think you'll be okay.
And of course you can lose 20 pounds, thing is how long are you expecting it to take?
In a month? Don't even try it.
Two months? Sure! If you keep up with it.
Three months? Easy peesy.
It'll be hard to do that every day.
Planning is easier than doing.

cut out the bagels.and to get maximum weight loss you will have to have more cardio exercise (running,jogging,swimming,biking) at least for 30 mins 3-5x a week.
