Why is it so hard to eat healthy?

I mean, can you think of any tasty food that isn't loaded with sugar and/or salt and/or fat? Don't you think it's ironic that these are the three ingredients that we love most in our food, but they are precisely the ones we must restrict in our diet?

how soon after eating can i walk or run my dog?

now and then, when raining hard, rather than leave my dog without breakfast until late, I would like to walk her , say 1 hour after food. As she is 7 and runs around a bit, my friend says its dangerous? Is it. How soon after food can I take her out?

After Liz's funeral we gathered at her moms house. Pain was written amongst all of our faces. Liz's mom was crying softly on the chest of her husband. Liz's aunt Rebecca served food and made sure everyone was comfortable. We looked through photo albums of Liz since she was a baby. My favorite one was with her sitting at the dinner table eating spaghetti. Her red hair was so curly and beautiful she was smiling with wide eyes and spaghetti between her fingers and on her face. I was going to ask her mom to make a copy later when she pulled herself together. The police were going to search Liz's room for clues tomorrow. No one was to enter her bedroom. Something inside of mt told me to go have one last momment to remember Liz where she spent most of her time. Aside from running the streets. I excused myself to the bathroom. I walked up the stairwell. My heart sped up with every step that I took. Liz's door was down the hall. Her door was closed. I walked slowly towards her room. I glanced over my shoulder to make sure no one was coming. I opened the door extremely slow using my sweater on the door knob. Her room smelled like her. It made me tear up. How I missed my best friends scent. Clothes were everywhere. That was Liz as messy as she wanted to be. Her bed wasn't made and her computer was still on. The screen saver was on. A picture of me and her at one of the mini picture booths. We had to have taken 20 pictures that day. I tapped her computer mouse to bring the computer to life. There was a logged out screen to facebook. We were facebookers in our spare time like half of the world. It was so addictive at times. I wondered if she met the strange guy I had last seen her with before she left my house through my window. We used to laugh about how cheesy and desperate it would be to meet a gut on the net. Walking over to her dresser I came across a picture of us that instantly brought back memories. It made me smile. We were at an amusement park. i remember like it was yesterday even though it was nearly two years ago. We wore matching outfits. Something we wouldn't dare do in high school. Although we had very similar styles.
"Let's get on this one" she suggested.
"Elizabeth No, u know i hate rollercoasters!"
"Puhlease" she begged.
"I hate the ferris wheel and I got on it with you!"
"The ferris wheel isn't fast and crazy like that ride, Liz no".
Before I knew it I was sitting next to her on the ride with my eyes closed tightly.
"Hey Sir, Can u take our sandals and put them to the side we don't want to lose our expensive shoes" Liz asked the operator.
"Sure" he agreed putting our shoes gently in a cubbie hole where other shoes were.
Blasting off. I screamed so loud i was surprised I still had a voice left when we got off the ride.
I was embarrassed and what made it worse was that a photo was snapped with my mouth wide open. Liz had a field day laughing at me. But I got even by throwing up on her cute romper.
"Casey yuck!!!" she got some napkins from the nearby food stand and wiped my funnel cake from 30 minutes ago off.
"I told you i hated those rides I'm sorry but i guess we're even" I chuckled.

I took that picture and placed it in my purse. I figured the police would not need that anyway. Something told me to look in her drawer. I don't know why but i did. After moving a few things around I discovered a book. Written across it stated. "Do Not open This Please". It was thick and it appeared to be a journal. Sweat beads were forming on my forehead and nose. Why would Liz write taht across this journal. That is just an open invitation to really open it. To curious people like myself. I heard a noise and panicked. Grabbing the journal and softly closing the drawer i quickly ran to the door. I just knew I was about to be caught. I closed her bedroom door and jetted to the bathroom 2 doors down as the footsteps grew near. Just in time i closed the door and immediately flushed the toilet.
"is everything alright in there Casey" John asked.
"Everything's fine" I swung the door open.
I was worried about you being gone for so long. He placed his hand on my shoulder. Come on let's get you home its a school night.

Question #4:

9 month old with an attitude?

So my daughter is deep into exploring these days and we always find her trying to eat dog food, playing with the water bowl or trying to play with the toilet, and it quite sneaky when it comes to stealing keys. We tell her no, but now she tries to make herself cry when we do that or will lay on the floor bawling her eyes out. Sometimes she even throws herself backwards when she cries or rubs her face all over the carpet. I know it's normal behavior for kids, but what should we do when she reacts like that? Should we ignore it or still use distraction when she's having a tantrum?

This has only been a very recent development. She is normally a very pleasant and happy baby.
When a child has a temper tantrum it's called having an attitude whether they know that's what they are doing or not. Am I asking for different ways to punish her or complaining about how annoying it is? No, I already said that I know it's completely normal and asking how to handle it.

Lacey G- thanks for answering the question. I try to give her some of her own snacks when she's grabbing dog food, but still continues to try and eat both. I'm pretty good at telling when it's because she's tired, but even after a nap now she's still not her rosey self sometimes.

For example, she loves playing with her formula cans so I kept an empty one for her to play with. She kept trying to pull one out of the garbage so I gave her the one I kept, but she only wanted the one in the garbage. I actually had to put the trash can on top of the counter because she kept trying to get in it even after I took her out of the kitchen.
Yes and telling me I need to take a parenting class instead of answering the question was great advice. I only throw insults after they've been thrown at me :)
Very aware of the territorial thing, that's part of the reason why it's such a big no no. One of my step-sons was actually bitten by one of my mom's dogs because he wouldn't stay away from her when she was eating.

Why do I have all the symptoms of pregnancy...?

If I've never had sex? (17 btw)

The symptoms I'm experiencing are:
2 Missed periods in a row, feeling sick in the morning/mid day, feeling more tired than usual, needing to urinate a LOT more than usual, cravings and my belly is even starting to swell and get stretch marks!

The only thing i can think of is maybe it's happening because I'm trying to lose weight? would that be possible? Ive changed from eating junk food to eating healthy, and doing 30-60 mins of exercise each day. My arms and leg's are becoming more toned, but like I said, my belly appears to be getting bigger!

If it's not that, what else could it be?

Why do some parents make such a big of eating veggies?

I mean, I know some parents who always accent their kids to eat their veggies and make it a really big deal, like veggies are something that they "must" eat, saying they´re healthy instead of saying they´re tasty. And then these kids make it a big deal, too and don´t want to eat vegetables. I think presenting vegetables and fruits as something natural is better. My niece was never told she "must" eat anything and she takes food naturally, she eats anything. In fact she prefers carrot juice to coke because she grew up drinking it since she was a toddler. Do you agree this is a better idea?

I'm on a diet ... sorry, initiating a "lifestyle change" ..... and I've cut out all bad foods.
However, I am a sucker for pop. Coca Cola in general. Before I decided to do this change, I LOVED having a coke with the odd meal.

Well, since it's loaded with sugar, I've opted for a Coke Zero every now and then.
But I've heard that ANY type of soda is bad for someone watching their weight.

LGBT: I need help with this guy?

Ok so i have liked this guy since last year. He is a year younger than but whatever! We kinda had a little drama going on cause i wanted to find out if he was gay but i went the wrong way of finding out and it ended up bad. But yea anyways to day was the first day of skool and after school me and my friends went to the mall and we went to the food court to eat. and my friend went into the bathroom and i was like ill be right back ima see if i see anyone we know but really i was just gonna look for him. Well he ended up being right in front of my face as soon as i turned around and i noticed that he was looking at me. When i was walking and i passed in front of him once by myself and once with my friends when we were leaving and my friend said that he looked at me like 3 times. What to do about cats allergies?

I didn't have our cat her whole life, she was my boyfriends dad's cat. He notices a while ago that she has tearing up her back and bleeding. So he took her to the vet and said what have you been feeding her, dry food(not sure what brand) and tuna. I dont' know if they did test but said it was the tuna. He stopped feeding her tuna and it went away. Then he started feeding her canned food, still with dry and it came back but not as bad. Her fur has thinned and she's pinky underneath, could just be her skin showing through now. She also has a cut on her face above her eye that won't go away. So what do you think I should do? I'm in the process of switching her from Friskies canned and Kit n Kaboodle dry to Nutro Natural Balance canned only. Should I wait and see if the higher quality of food helps or what?

Would you give up your diet choices during an emergency?

say you were in a flood situation or stranded somewhere for long time. if you run out of vegan/vegetarian food, would you temporarily put your choice aside and eat what you can catch? I'm a meat eater, and during an long-lasting emergency I would eat everything I don't think would cause me bodily harm. would you rather starve or eat meat?
if you're stuck on a roof in a flood i don't think it's a realistic idea to go out and gather up edible vegetation. how would you go about doing that when everything is under mud and stagnant water?
also, animal life in populated areas generally live off of garbage and thing's you cannot eat without getting sick. it's them or nothing.

Muslims, like Christians believe Jesus performed miracles. But these were performed by the will and permission of God, Who has power and control over all things.

I am not arguing the merits of the religions but honestly if none of the prophesies of the Koran have come true and all of the prophecies of the Bible have come true, what about the prophecies of Jesus in the Qu' ran?
That is the prophecies of Jesus in the Qu' ran that are also in the Bible. It is kind of a math problem, so don't worry about it.
