Whats the kindest way to tell them to mind their own business?

I don’t like to eat in front of people. I’ve been this way since 4th grade and recently people at work have noticed and make comments about it constantly. On the rare occasion I do eat in front of them they make comments about how I’m eating like it’s a big deal, and then they look at my plate and say “all your eating is chicken salad?” yes, it’s healthy, wtf is wrong with being healthy????

I know that these people aren’t trying to be hurtful. I generally change the subject but whats the best way to tell them its none of their business what I eat, where I eat and how much I eat without being mean and making them feel bad. I just want them to know I don’t want to talk about it anymore and I'm sick of the comments.
HBL-ummm I don't know what kind of chicken salad your eating? Its veggies and grilled chicken, no mayo.

I'm new to being gluten free and have a question..?

Ok, I've been anemic for a long time now and my doctor did a stool test on me and found some damage to my bowel that he thinks is from gluten intolerance or celiac disease, so now I'm getting a gene test to confirm it but I haven't gotten it yet..but he still wants me to go ahead and start a gluten free diet so I have, but with all the research I've done, people are saying its sooo hard to eat out and I've already eaten out twice since I started this diet 4 days ago and of course I didnt get exactly what I would have wanted on the menu but it wasnt that difficult. I just got some grilled fish that hadn't been marinaded (i checked with the waitress) and steamed veggies w/o sauce on one occasion and a salad with red cabbage, rice and beans and salsa and sour cream with corn chips on the other occasion and I'm thinking I must be doing something wrong because its not that hard to find something gluten free (several things actually) at practically any restaurant. It just seems too easy. I feel like maybe there's hidden gluten everywhere and that's what it seems like some people are saying, they freak out about cross contamination, but is it THAT serious if you get a trace from cross contamination? Ive heard some say they feel like rusty razor blades are shredding their insides from eating a trace of gluten, but that never happened to me even when i was eating gluten all the time. I don't think i have the usual symptoms of it.. mine are nausea, unexplained anemia, poor nutrient absorption (results from the stool test), weakness, getting tired and worn out easily, insomnia, etc. Could it be that I'm just not as sensitive to gluten as some others? Does anyone else with a gluten allergy stay on a gluten free diet, yet not completely obsess about cross contamination?

breakfast: 2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk or sometimes the purple milk which has 1% fat.

Lunch: 1 ham sandwhich i usally use flora extra light and a strawberry nutri grain bar

then 1 peice of fruit for when i come home from school

then for dinner is usally eat a weight watchers meal which has under 300 calories
like tonights one "beefhot pot" has 209 calories and i usally add a little bit of salad

then i work out for 50 mins. aberoics. and on a friday i have a pizza for tea as a treat :)


does this seem okay? would i loose up 4 stone doing this? help me please

This is What eat on a daily basis. Breakfast I have one egg, oatmeal, yogurt, and 1 cup coffee. I ssnackon fruit, for lunch I will eat chicken, veggies or salads. Then after I work out I drink a pproteinshake and eat peanut butter later on. For dinner I will meat or something light. Is there anything I can add to my diet? Or am I not eating correctly?
I'm not looking into losing weight guys. I'm 120 5'1 I'm looking to tone up.

Okay so today i ate
2 weetbixs with 99% fat free skim milk
3 average bowls of fruit salad (water mellon, apple, orange, kiwi fruit, strawberries ETC.)
1 bowl of stir fry with lots of veggies and noodles
1 average white bread roll
1 piece of multi-grain bread
1 steak sandwich (with multi-grain and the fat cut off)

But i only went for a walk/run for 30 mins and went on the ab circle pro for about 15 mins
^^ Would i have put on weight by eating these things and not doing enough exercise to burn all the calories?

Im trying to lose about 20kg (im 74kg now, 5'6ft)

Could some one also please help me with a exercise routine? (its going to rain all week and the ab circle pro is not mine) thanks!!!!

Need help with something(Doctors please answer)?

Well Im 14 years old and weigh about 178 and height is 5'11 or maybe 6. Anyway, I have been fasting this month because of Ramadan and I don't eat until about 7 or 7-30pm. And I can eat until 5 or so a.m. And then i can't eat or drink anything for those hours.

Now to the problem. After about 2 weeks or so my stomach hurt and i went to the bathroom. I had diarrhea and i sat for pretty long.I was wiping and found blood on my toilet paper.(It was bright red not brown or black) and there was a lot of it.(4 to 5 wipes) Anyway next day i told my mother and she said it was nothing and told me to put hemorrhoid cream on my backside. I did. Then the next few days my stomach hurt and i couldn't poop(maybe constipation ) until after I ate dinner at 7 or 7-30.(Since Im fasting). I told my mom again and she said because I wasn't eating salad and me not pooping made my stomach hurt. I didn't worry until my stomach hurt everyday(comes and goes when not thinking about it and not really painful just uncomfortable). So she gave me something for my stomach.

So now Im taking this medicine for my stomach and I bleed red bright blood during sometimes(blood isn't on my toilet or toilet water just toilet paper) and putting cream on my backside. Also, fasting everyday ends in 3 to 4 days. My mom said if after 4 days and im not fasting and my stomach hurts then i will go to the doctor/ Now the question is:

What do I have(I searched through the internet and found many things)? Is it colon cancer?

If u need any other information please ask.
Also blood is coming from the anus or whatever the top hole is called.

I have been a meat eater from the day my mother introduced meat to me. I used to eat all types of meat .. and have eaten sheep brain before.. without my knowledge. Over the years, meat has lost it's appeal to me. Vegetables, salad, pastas and rice I find I prefer. I buy my own food now and I want to lessen the cost of my groceries, I'm considering cutting all meat out of my diet with chicken as the exception.

What vegetarian dishes are your favourite and what do I need to eat daily to remain healthy?

hmmm im having a diet i am a teenager i want to loose up to 50 pounds in two months or three but this is what im doing im eating breakfast that my mom gives me such as fruit veggies and oatmeal for breakfast. for a snack a peach, for lunch i eat salads or fish,or chicken,or sanwiches. and another peach for a snack. and for dinner a low fat yogurt . everyday about 30-40 min i run how much do u think i can lose in 2 or three months

85% Raw Vegetarian Diet for Acne cure?

Hi, I am 19 yrs old and have suffered from mild-moderate acne for about 5 years now. I have literally tried every product on the market, and as usual, it has just made my skin worse and oilier. so last month I decided to stop using products all together, I don't use anything on my face now and let the skin breathe for once/

On youtube there is this girl named natasha who claims that she has totally vanished her acne by starting the raw food diet (she's 34!!) She's been eating 100% organic raw food for about a year now and her skin looks flawless. Her channel is "RawRadiantHealth"

I want to know whether I can achieve that skin by eating 85% raw food, and 15% other fats like salomon or everyday fresh cooked meals. I mean I can't live on veggies and fruits forever, I'd lose crazy amount of weight and I am already skinny enough.

For my cooked food, I eat:

- small portions of basmati rice mixed with lima beans/green beans
- salmon (baked or steamed)
- chickpeas (boiled)
- boiled/baked potatoes

Is that okay, I mean I researched basmati rice to be gluten free.

For vegetarian: I drink at least 4 glasses of those green smoothies, alongside 2 plates of salads, and fruits for breakfast

wondering how to make those fruits and veggies and such have a better taste? well here it is.

FRUIT SALAD!
if you combine a bunch of fruit together it gives a great natural sweet snack. my mother makes it for me all the time and it always taste as if there was sugar added. any fruit will do. apples, berries, strawberries, melon, pair, peaches, etc.
it's yummy and healthy. if you want a little more taste to it add a little whip cream. [don't load it on though!]

FRUIT SMOOTHIES!
instead of having artificial smoothies made of who knows what - make your own!
i makes smoothies with my dad ALL THE TIME. i know exactly how to make it tatse great.
one thing about the way me and my dad make them is that they will never taste the same twice. [unless you write down exactly what you put in] i always just dunk in whatever.
add whatever fruit you want [ i recommend bananas they give the smoothie a way better taste]. put in some fruit juice or milk of your choice and a couple spoons of honey. it's the best!

POPCORN!
popcorn is one of the healthiest snacks! plain popcorn is the best because there is no butter. if you buy stove top kernels to make plain popcorn it makes a great snack. add a little salt and there ya go!

A LITTLE HERE AND THERE!

put some honey on an avocado -tastes great!

cut up a green apple and add a LITTLE salt. [sounds funny but it tastes so yummy, i swear]

raision oatmeal cookies are a great choice. i don't like raisions at all, but it adds a sweatness even if you pick them out.

Speacial K cereal with strawberries is a good breakfast choice.

Whole grain tortilla chips are my favourite ever. they taste so good.

without the meat, pizza is a good lunch choice too. the different meat makes it not that healthy, but just plain cheese pizza is very healthy. Even if you add some veggies it's still great. homemade pizza is a better choice rather than pizza from a pizza shop.

Why have I stopped losing weight and what can I change? 10 points for answer?

I've been on a diet for 3 months now and I have lost like 3.5 kgs. I really want to reach my goal weight of 100 lbs but the scales won't budge! I'm 5'4" and weigh 110lbs. I try to exercise most days by doing an hour on the treadmill and squats and lunges etc and Ive been on a low calorie diet. This would be involve in a typical day:
breakfast: bowl of oats w/ skim milk
lunch: salad sandwich
dinner: healthy choice frozen meal
dessert: 3 small chocolates (i get crazy if i dont have those lol :p)

Why aren't i losing any more weight?? its really fustrating :I

FORMAL DINNER PARTY SUGGESTION?

My family has always hosts upscale dinner gatherings the first week of October (don't ask me why October). For the first time I am doing the preparation and don't want to ask my family for any help. This "preparation" includes coming up with a brief menu of 2 starters, 2 entrées, and 2 desserts for the guests to choose from, and assembling a small group of people (usually friends) to help cook the food, among other things. I already have come up with the menu items, but I would like to serve an amuse-bouche. I would like suggestions for an amuse-bouche that I could serve to the guests. To give you an idea of what to suggest, I will tell you the things I have on my menu. For my 2 starters, I have selected 1) a frisée salad with an orange vinaigrette and 2) sautéed potatoes with panch phora. For my 2 entrées, I have selected 1) lemon pepper grilled chicken with a rice pilaf and 2) steak au poivre. For my 2 desserts, I have selected 1) a chocolate fondant with crème fraîche and 2) an ice-cream bombe les dames d'Escoffier. This one is more for show than anything. I was thinking of maybe adding a crème brûlée as well, but I haven't decided. So, based off the menu, any good amuse-bouche ideas. I wanted it to stay relatively similar with the rest of the menu. Also, if you have suggestions on the menu itself (i.e. should I remove anything, should I add anything), I am also open to that. Thanks.

And oh, despite how it may sound, this really is a laid back gathering of friends and family.

Also, do you think it would be better for me to offer a rosemary roast pork loin instead of the chicken since chicken is so common? Or should I stick with the chicken?
